At Shrikaya, we take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that:
1. The item is damaged during transit
2. There is a manufacturing defect
3. A wrong item is delivered
We will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons mentioned above.
Email us at mayank.shrikaya@gmail.com with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. Include an image of the product, clearly showing the batch number and the invoice for our reference. Note: We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
Once the return request is accepted, we will pick up the products within 4-7 days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
For product refunds, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
Replacements: Subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available and you have already paid, we will refund you the full amount.
Unopened Products: We only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product with an open seal, improper handling, damaged/torn boxes, or missing labels/instructions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
Damage During Shipment: Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return. If a product is damaged on delivery, contact Shrikaya immediately and provide a detailed email with shipment information.
Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days of receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery: We will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount based on the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 5-7 days of receiving the products back and your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We keep our Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy under review to ensure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without prior intimation. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
